Marketing & Talent Engagement Coordinator Position Summary The Marketing & Talent Engagement Coordinator supports Thrive Medical Services LLC through social media management, photography, content creation, employer branding, and recruitment outreach. This position helps communicate Thrive’s mission, showcase its employees and community involvement, promote employment opportunities, and strengthen the company’s professional image. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in both office and correctional healthcare environments. This individual must understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate content approval when representing Thrive publicly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Social Media and Content Manage and maintain Thrive’s approved social media accounts. Develop and schedule professional content that reflects Thrive’s mission, values, services, employees, and community involvement. Create posts for employee recognition, company milestones, job openings, health awareness initiatives, recruiting events, and community partnerships. Write clear, professional, and engaging captions and promotional content. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms. Monitor social media activity and respond to comments or messages when authorized. Maintain a content calendar and coordinate posts with company leadership. Review content for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance before publication. Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, and audience growth. Photography and Visual Content Photograph company events, employee recognition activities, recruiting events, community involvement, and approved workplace activities. Edit and organize photographs for use on social media, the company website, recruiting materials, and internal communications. Create basic graphics, flyers, hiring announcements, and other branded materials. Maintain an organized digital library of approved photographs, logos, templates, and marketing materials. Obtain required approval or authorization before photographing employees, facilities, patients, detainees, or restricted areas. Ensure that photographs and videos do not contain protected health information, confidential records, security-sensitive information, or unauthorized individuals. Recruitment Support Create and publish approved job postings and recruitment advertisements. Promote open positions through social media, community partners, schools, professional organizations, and recruiting events. Assist with recruitment campaigns for nurses, medical providers, mental health professionals, emergency medical personnel, administrative staff, and other company positions. Monitor incoming employment inquiries and direct candidates to the appropriate application process. Support job fairs, hiring events, career presentations, and community outreach activities. Assist with initial candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up as assigned. Help maintain accurate recruiting materials and employment information. Track recruiting activity and provide basic updates regarding applicants, hiring campaigns, and hard-to-fill positions. Protect applicant information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process. Brand and Community Engagement Help ensure that Thrive’s logo, colors, messaging, and brand standards are used consistently. Identify opportunities to strengthen Thrive’s visibility within the communities it serves. Coordinate approved employee spotlights, leadership features, community stories, and company announcements. Assist with maintaining website content and career information when assigned. Work with leadership and operational teams to gather accurate information for public communications. Represent Thrive professionally at community, recruiting, and company events. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with social media, photography, marketing, communications, recruiting, or a related area preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic photography and photo-editing skills. Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Ability to create professional graphics using Canva, Adobe products, or similar design software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required. Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, facility clearances, and company onboarding requirements. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, human resources, photography, or a related field. Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding. Experience photographing professional or community events. Familiarity with website content management and basic performance analytics. Experience working in healthcare, correctional healthcare, public service, or another regulated environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Creative approach to storytelling and visual communication. Professional understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Ability to take and edit high-quality photographs. Ability to communicate Thrive’s mission in a professional and genuine manner. Ability to work independently while accepting feedback and direction. Ability to interact professionally with employees, applicants, community partners, facility leadership, and members of the public. Understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, patient privacy, and correctional facility security expectations. Ability to distinguish between appropriate public content and confidential or security-sensitive information. Compliance and Confidentiality The Marketing & Talent Engagement Coordinator must comply with all Thrive policies, facility rules, HIPAA requirements, privacy standards, and security procedures. No content involving a patient, detainee, medical record, restricted area, security procedure, or confidential company information may be photographed, recorded, shared, or published without specific authorization. All public-facing content must follow Thrive’s approval process before publication. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to operate photography and basic audiovisual equipment. Ability to attend company, community, and recruiting events outside normal business hours when necessary. Ability to travel to correctional facilities and other company locations as assigned. Ability to comply with the physical, safety, and security requirements of assigned facilities. Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured through: Consistent and professional social media activity. Quality and accuracy of photographs and marketing materials. Timely promotion of employment opportunities. Candidate engagement and support of company recruitment efforts. Consistent use of Thrive’s branding and messaging. Compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and facility security requirements. Dependability, organization, communication, and timely completion of assigned projects.
