About The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will serve as our in-house Webflow developer, tracking specialist, and martech integrator. This is a fully autonomous individual-contributor role for someone who can personally diagnose complex tracking issues, execute custom front-end code, build high-performing web assets, and ensure flawless data delivery across our entire marketing stack.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Development

• Build, maintain, and update our main Webflow website, including responsive layouts, CMS collections, fields, and custom forms.
• Develop, duplicate, and modify high-converting landing pages in Unbounce while implementing custom code when standard features fall short.
• Troubleshoot layout bugs, form submission failures, and website performance issues without disrupting downstream tracking or integrations.
  
  

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

• Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) end-to-end, including custom event setup, triggers, variables, and dataLayer debugging.
• Implement, audit, and troubleshoot Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and GA4 to ensure exact campaign reporting.
• Investigate and reconcile attribution discrepancies across UTM parameters, GCLIDs, and ad platform metrics to match real incoming lead data.
  
  

Call Tracking & Marketing Integrations

• Own the technical execution of WhatConverts (or similar platforms like CallRail/Invoca), managing Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and call attribution.
• Work with webhooks, APIs, JSON payloads, and form scripts to facilitate clean data transfers from web assets into marketing systems.
• Meet directly with software vendors and engineering partners to technical-scope and complete new integrations independently.
  
  

Front-End Technical Operations & Debugging

• Use Chrome DevTools, console logs, and network tabs to inspect cookies, storage, and script failures across browsers.
• Manage domain settings, DNS configurations, subdomains, and Cloudflare rules related to marketing technology and web properties.
• Collaborate cleanly with our CRM automation specialist by tracing website-side data flows up to the point of handoff.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience building and managing sites in Webflow and Unbounce.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, ad platform pixels, and marketing attribution modeling.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Chrome DevTools, webhooks, JSON, and call-tracking infrastructure (DNI).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills—capable of leading technical calls with U.S.-based vendors without supervision.
• Relentless root-cause problem solver who can trace data across multiple platforms, identify broken connection points, and implement lasting fixes.
• Ability to work full-time during standard U.S. business hours.

• Taking full ownership of technical web projects from requirement to verified completion with minimal leadership oversight.
• Quickly identifying and fixing broken forms, misconfigured tags, or failed integrations before they impact marketing campaigns.
