Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist

Job Title: Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist Fully remote, 9 AM-5 PM M-F EST We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, social media presence, website management, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in using AI tools such as Claude to improve marketing workflows and content creation. Responsibilities: Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Design marketing materials for digital and print use Draft and manage email blasts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns Develop seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional strategies Create sales and promotional materials for the sales team Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content and consistent branding Plan, schedule, and publish social media content Assist with website revamp, updates, maintenance, and ongoing management Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics Utilize AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline content creation and marketing processes Organize and maintain marketing data, reports, and spreadsheets Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital promotion Strong graphic design and content creation skills Experience drafting professional marketing emails and promotional content Familiarity with website management and website revamp projects Proficiency in AI tools, particularly Claude Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Advanced spreadsheet skills are a strong plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred Skills: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools Note: For this role, we are encouraging applicants from developing countries to apply.
