Marketplace Operations Manager

Description We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to support our daily 3P marketplace execution across Amazon Seller, Best Buy, Bol.com and other marketplaces as the portfolio expands. The role combines marketplace operations, catalog management, customer service, account health, inventory monitoring and analytical reporting and also supports Amazon Vendor (1P) operations and reporting. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy, PPC or P&L position. The engagement requires the contractor to provide services that meet agreed service levels and response-time requirements aligned with Best Buy's operating hours. The contractor remains responsible for determining how the services are performed and managing their own working schedule. Key responsibilities 3P Marketplace Operations: Monitor orders, shipping and tracking. Manage account health, SLA performance and marketplace warnings. Handle customer messages, returns, refunds and operational escalations. Resolve lost, delayed and damaged shipments with carriers and marketplaces. Maintain listings, pricing, product data and availability. Monitor Buy Box, suppressed listings, stranded inventory and catalog issues. Track stock levels and OOS risks. Resolve marketplace cases and tickets through closure. Manage flat files, bulk updates and listing corrections Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance at account, ASIN and SKU level. Report on sales, units, traffic, conversion, ASP, inventory, Buy Box, returns and operational KPIs. Identify performance issues, anomalies and revenue risks. UseHelium 10, Amazon reporting and internal reporting tools. Produce concise weekly performance reports. Best Buy: Manage daily activity in the Best Buy marketplace portal. Maintain the required10-hour response SLA. Provide limited weekend support and increased coverage during Q4 Amazon 1P / Vendor Central: Manage Vendor Support cases, price claims, invoice uploads and listing issues. Work withAmazon Retail Analytics (ARA)and Vendor Central reports. Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, availability, demand, forecasting and returns. Identify ASIN-level performance risks and support regular reporting. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience. Experience managing large SKU portfolios of 10,000+ SKUs Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience. Marketplace operations, account health and catalog management. Flat files, bulk updates, variations and listing troubleshooting. Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) or similar Vendor reporting. Experience with Helium 10 Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Ability to analyze marketplace data at ASIN / SKU level. Experience with at least one additional marketplace such as Best Buy, Bol.com or TikTok Shop Comfortable managing multiple accounts, high case volumes and SLA-driven work. Strong written English Nice to have: Rithum / ChannelAdvisor experience. Metabase. Experience across US and European marketplaces.
