About the Role As a Master Data Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across our business systems. This is a part-time maternity cover position, supporting business operations through reliable data management and collaboration with stakeholders across different functions and regions. What You Will Do Master Data Maintenance: Create, update, and delete master data records in SAP, MDG, and other ERP systems while ensuring data integrity. Data Quality Management: Perform regular quality checks, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective actions. Request Management: Handle tickets and data-related requests in a timely and professional manner while meeting agreed service levels. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders and global teams to support data requirements and resolve issues. Process Compliance: Document activities and follow established master data governance processes and standards. Reporting & Analysis: Support reporting activities and provide data-related insights when required. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to data cleansing initiatives and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a master data, analytical, or operational support role. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; familiarity with Master Data Management processes is considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, structured approach with the ability to work independently and manage changing priorities. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
