Master Data Specialist (SAP/Ariba) We usually respond within a day For our Client, a global enterprise, we are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist (SAP/Ariba) to join their internal team. Reporting directly to the US-based Director of Global Procurement Operations, you will play a key role in driving efficient procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and leading vendor onboarding management across global regions, with a primary operational focus on supporting the Americas market. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensure high data accuracy, and align local master data processes with global standardization and compliance policies. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for P2P escalations, reviewing/approving purchase requisitions (PRs) and guiding stakeholders through purchasing and receiving workflows. Drive operational excellence and automation within vendor master data to streamline downstream purchasing activities. Collaborate with internal business functions to assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor management and procurement operations. Build strong working relationships with internal business liaisons and vendors to promptly resolve data or onboarding issues. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in vendor master data management, vendor onboarding, and procurement P2P processes. Proficiency in SAP and/or SAP Ariba, SharePoint, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent English (C1/C2) is required. Working knowledge of German or Spanish is a strong plus. High autonomy, strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
