**Join MaziFinance as an Introducing Broker (IB) or Master IB — Global, Remote**
MaziFinance is expanding its global partner network and is looking for driven individuals and agencies to join as Introducing Brokers (IB) and Master IBs.
**Role Overview**
- Refer traders to MaziFinance and earn ongoing commission on their trading activity
- Build and manage your own network of sub-IBs (Master IB track)
- Represent a trusted, growing forex brokerage in your region or community
**Compensation & Growth**
- Base salary plus commission, with earnings scaling on trading volume and performance bonuses
- Choice of partner models: CPA (per acquisition), base + commission, or loss-sharing
- Target-based salary structure — performance directly drives earnings
- Top performers may be offered a UAE work visa and a full-time, in-house position based on first-month results — including base salary, commission, and tiered volume bonuses
- Fully remote to start — work from anywhere
**Performance Expectations**
- IB: minimum $50,000 net deposit per month
- Master IB: minimum $500,000 net deposit per month across your network of sub-IBs
**Requirements**
- Experience in forex, trading, finance, or affiliate marketing preferred
- An existing network of traders or investors, or a strong relevant following (especially for Master IB)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance-based targets
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
