About The Role
Maxxton, a fast-growing SaaS company, is offering a traineeship for recent Master’s
graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer success, consultancy, and
software implementation. As a trainee at Maxxton, you will gain first-hand experience in
customer success, consultancy, and software implementation within a fast-growing SaaS
Company
What you’ll achieve:
- Work within a self-managing, international team.
- Support customers in optimising their business processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in software implementation and consultancy.
- Develop key skills in prioritisation, flexibility, and stakeholder communication
Skills You’ll Need To Bring
- A Master’s degree in Business IT, Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on, no-nonsense mentality.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- An energetic personality with the ability to deliver results quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS companies.
- Proficiency in CMS tools.
- A collaborative mindset, open to ideas and perspectives at all levels of seniority.
- A belief in what you can’t measure, in pleasure-seeking; after all, Maxxton is in the recreation business.
