BCBA-led leadership and strong clinical mentorship Supervised hours toward BCBA certification Manageable caseloads and strong administrative support Flexible scheduling and hybrid opportunities Clear growth pathways into BCBA and leadership roles Ethical, family-centered, data-driven ABA ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materials Address clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checks Maintain consistent communication with all members of the care team QUALFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not required Prior clinical experience in ABA Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance Reliable transportation with valid insurance POSITION BENEFITS: Highly competitive pay (DOE) Hybrid remote schedule Medical and dental insurance Paid drive time + mileage reimbursement Phone reimbursement Flexible work hours Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative company culture Sound like your kind of gig?
