Shared Path Psychotherapy Group is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Master’s-Level Clinician to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, remote position providing individual psychotherapy through telehealth.

Position Responsibilities
The clinician will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services, including:
Building trusting and supportive therapeutic relationships with clients
Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy via telehealth
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
Utilizing evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches
Assessing and responding appropriately to safety concerns and clinical crises
Collaborating with healthcare providers, families, and other members of a client’s treatment team when appropriate
Participating in weekly clinical supervision and consultation
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work
Current or eligible for appropriate master’s-level clinical licensure in the state where services will be provided
Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered practice
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team
Comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of presenting concerns
