Materials Supply Coordinator

Aviation experience is essential, and a drive to exceed service expectations will help you succeed. Working Pattern: We are open to discussing a range of working patterns to suit the right candidate. This role can be worked on a 12-hour day shift rota pattern or on a Monday to Friday schedule, subject to business requirements and mutual agreement. What you’ll be doing: Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements Initiates team decision-making on transactions and escalates issues to internal and external management Participate in departmental projects Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery Management of orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently Previous aviation industry experience is essential. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or aircraft components is advantageous. Confidence working with systems and analysing data to support decision-making.
