Compensation: Base Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 / hour (40 hours/week) Comprehensive Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO), paid sick days, plus fully paid winter vacations As a Math Instructor, you will be expected to: Teach and Inspire: Instruct small “core” groups of students in their math core skills to drive long-term mastery of topics and top ACT/SAT scores Track Growth: Monitor your students’ progress using Vanguard’s multi-phase curriculum, engaging students in individualized growth and improvement opportunities along the way. Organize: Model professionalism and strong organizational skills by replying to students in a timely manner, maintaining and updating student lesson schedules on our online platform, and holding students accountable for assignments. Innovate: Spearhead the development and creative execution of ever-evolving lesson plans and curriculum. Mentor: Guide middle and high school students with empathy as they navigate an increasingly competitive college prep landscape.
