About the Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement individual to join ListEngage Academy, our internal enablement team. This individual will play a critical role in educating and empowering learners to confidently understand and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. The learners will be a mix of new employees with little to no Salesforce experience and veteran Salesforce employees transitioning into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, but also a passionate and engaging educator who can break down complex concepts into approachable, real-world learning experiences. While prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred, it is not required. It is more important that the individual have firsthand experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, a high technical aptitude, and a natural inclination to help others succeed. Additionally, the individual must be comfortable presenting and facilitating conversation a majority of the time. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required Salesforce certifications required: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Strong understanding of: Data models and subscriber management Content creation and dynamic personalization Marketing automation and journey orchestration Campaign analytics Deliverability (Sender Authentication Package, IP/domain warming, etc.) Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI) Proficient with AMPscript (can write code blocks without the use of AI) Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification Proficient with JavaScript (with or without the use of AI) Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience (formal or informal) Experience working with adult learners, career switchers, or early-career professionals Background in instructional design or curriculum development Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and helping others succeed Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy Adaptability in teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional development and career growth A collaborative and inclusive work environment Why You Should Join Us: 100% CEO approval on Glassdoor A team of approximately 150 Engagers Core values that drive us: Be a Team Player Be Accountable Be Growth Oriented Be Great at What You Do Currently 100% remote work arrangements If you’re interested, so are we!
