Meal Warehouse Keeper--粕库保管员

Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求； 熟练仓储、收发货流程和操作，保质保量地完成生产及发货任务； 负责所有提货车辆信息的查验与登记，查验包括但不限于客户名称、车牌号码、提货品名、包装规格、提货数量等，确认后将提货车辆安排在指定的位置进行排队等候装货 原辅料收发货数据记录、核对、做好进出库数据统计工作，保证数据真实、准确；负责每小时整点豆粕样的各项指标检验，如有异常及时与值班长沟通并通知生产进行调整。 装车区域劳务工、司机等人员管理，保证现场人员安全（工作区域佩带劳保用品/人车分离/上下车佩戴好安全带）； 合理调度车辆，厂区内车辆依过磅先后安排装车，车辆进出有序，提高装车效率； 监督装车质量：车厢是否干净，负责装车质量和数量的监督与确认，发现破包及时要求装车工人将破包清理并回掺，装车时不定时检查装车码包质量，如出现码包不整齐及时与劳务队长沟通，要求改正，确保堆码整齐有序。 粕库区设备巡检，及时解决区域内设备问题，做好问题记录和跟踪，并及时告知值班长； 详细记录当班事情，认真完成表单各项内容，笔迹清晰，调度室和中控室交接班； 熟练PLC系统操作，与现场人员配合，做好设备的启停工作，避免操作不当等；保证入库正确，出库供料充足，保证发货效率； 设备运行PLC系统监控，做好异常记录，并跟踪维修进度，如遇紧急异常，第一时间上报值班长，并及时处理； 喷码机喷印效果巡检和记录；熟练自动打包机常见故障的处理：断线、吹袋、切袋、送袋异常等故障；问题反馈 负责岗位/区域的5S工作，达到车间标准； 每月完成2张STOP卡，1张食品安全卡。 执行公司内部食品安全、质量程序及上司交代的任务 高中或中技以上学历 对仓储管理的相关知识有一定的了解。 有食用油工厂工作经验优先考虑 备注：该岗位需要倒班，涉及登高作业， 恐高者 及不能接受 倒班 者请勿乱投简历 薪资福利待遇： 基本工资+加班费+夜班津贴+住房津贴+年度奖金+高温补贴（6-10月），享受带薪年假/带薪病假/商业保险//团队建设/年会/年节礼品/生日礼品/入职周年礼品 公司提供一日三餐膳食，上下班班车（途径黄埔夏园/生活区/青年路等，东莞麻涌市场/碧桂园等） What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
