Position: Mechanical Designer [m/f/d] – Global Engineering Center Location: Lodz (Aleksandrowska) / Cracow (Pawia) (hybrid work model) Your Impact: Mechanical design of transformer components and preparation of technical documentation in accordance with customer specifications Creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools Managing assigned project execution and ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions Optimizing technical solutions within ongoing orders, considering both mechanical and electrical requirements Collaborating with an international engineering team, manufacturing, and other stakeholders Participating in project meetings and technical consultations Supporting the implementation of new engineering solutions, technologies, and design improvements Your Background: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Relevant experience in mechanical design using CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) Good command of English (daily work in an international environment) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Independence, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines Teamwork skills and good time management More About Us We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of competitive benefits designed to support your financial wellbeing, physical and mental health, and personal development.
