Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) is at the forefront of transforming how projects are delivered across the built environment. Our approach combines expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), data-driven decision-making, and collaborative digital ecosystems to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability throughout the asset lifecycle. Your role Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs. Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models. Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. About you The Individual Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Advanced technical knowledge in CAD and BIM Communicates effectively across all business levels Team player with strong self-motivation Good problem-solving skills Excellent time management and prioritization Creative mindset with a can-do attitude Confident and professional demeanor Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit and BIM tools (e.g., Diroots, Pyrevit). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Understands and applies industry, client, and internal CAD/BIM standards. Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs. Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models. Knowledge of building design in multi-discipline, project-driven environments. Actively pursues self-development. Capable of checking and validating design work. Confident in presenting technical work. Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools. Flexible with tasks and work locations. Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget. Qualification BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required. Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
