Your Tasks
Mechaniker für die Satellitenintegration (m/w)
In den
OHB-Integrationshallen werden unter Reinraumbedingungen Satelliten integriert
und getestet. Sie führen mechanische Aktivitäten wie Panel Montage,
Integration von Units, Applikation von Thermalhardware etc. im Team durch und
wirken bei der Vorbereitung der Arbeiten mit.
Ihre Aufgaben
Durchführung mechanischer Arbeiten während der Satellitenintegration
sowie der begleitenden Arbeiten:
Integration von Flughardware
Panel-Vorbereitung und Integration
Mechanische Arbeiten an der Verkabelung
Kenntnisse der gängigen Fertigungsprozesse (Kleben, Crimpen,
Verschrauben, Schraubensicherungen, Anziehen von Kabelbindern, Umgang
mit Shims)
Montage und zusammenführen von Satellitenmodulen
Arbeiten mit Kran und MGSE (Fertigungshilfsmittel)
Mitwirkung bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im
Reinraum
Begleitung bei der Erstellung oder selbständige Vorbereitung von
Integrationsprozeduren (je nach Erfahrung)
Sie arbeiten in einem Team, das von einem AIT-Lead geführt wird.
Ihre
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechanik oder Raumfahrttechnik
oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Mechanik und
mechanischer Integration, vorzugsweise erworben im Raumfahrtbereich
Vertrautheit mit den anwendbaren Raumfahrt-Standards
Kenntnisse in der Reparatur von Steckern, Strukturbauteilen und MLI
ist wünschenswert
Sie bringen die Flexibilität mit, bei Bedarf in Schichten zu
arbeiten
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an mehrmonatigen Testkampagnen und
Startkampagnen (Reisebereitschaft)
Ordnungsliebe und hoher Genauigkeitsanspruch
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine effektive Arbeitsweise zeichnen

At OHB satellites are integrated and tested under cleanroom conditions.
You are responsible for the execution of mechanical tasks as panel assembly,
integration of units, application of thermal hardware etc. within a team, and
you are also contributing to the preparation of these tasks.

preferable
You do have
the flexibility for shift work, if needed
Willingness
to attend to test campaigns for several month and launch campaigns
(willingness to travel)
Orderliness
