We’re looking for someone who is analytical, creative, performance-obsessed, and hungry to grow alongside a fast-moving brand. 🔹 Your Responsibilities ✅ Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Applovin, and Taboola ✅ Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition ✅ Develop and execute creative testing strategies alongside our creative team ✅ Analyze performance data daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale ✅ Test new channels, audiences, hooks, landing pages, and offers ✅ Allocate budgets strategically across campaigns and platforms ✅ Help diversify media buying efforts into emerging channels like YouTube and native advertising ✅ Work closely with founders, creatives, and strategists to drive growth 🎯 What We’re Looking For ✔️ Proven E-Commerce Experience – You’ve managed and scaled paid campaigns for DTC brands ✔️ Strong Analytical Skills – You’re comfortable making decisions based on data and KPIs ✔️ Full-Funnel Understanding – You know how creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages work together ✔️ Creative Mindset – You understand what makes ad creatives convert ✔️ Platform Expertise – Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional platform (Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) ✔️ Self-Managed & Reliable – You can own campaigns independently and move fast without constant oversight ✔️ Growth-Oriented – You enjoy testing, learning, and improving continuously ✔️ Bonus: Experience in fitness, fashion, health, or subscription brands 💡 Why Join Skinnify? 📈 Join a Hyper-Growth Brand – From 0 to 150,000+ customers in 3 years. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort. The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym.
