Is this job info correct?

Company Info The Scale Space is a marketing agency that runs full-funnel growth for clients: paid ads, automation, and strategy. Small, fast-moving team based in North Hollywood, CA, operating fully remote. The promise to clients is revenue, not traffic, clicks, or vanity metrics. Company Website: https://thescalespace.com/ CEO LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rickgaisie/ Compensation & Logistics Base salary: $50,000 to $65,000/year, based on experience Opportunity for performance based bonuses (not guaranteed), tied to the results you drive on your accounts Fully remote, work from home, permanently Full-time, 8 hours/day with breaks, PST/PDT Working hours: 9am to 5pm PST Benefits: 15 vacation, 8 sick, 2 personal, 4 bereavement, 6 holidays, 25 maternity/paternity company-paid days; health insurance package Authorized to work in the U.S.; sole full-time commitment Mission Own paid media for our client book end to end. Build and run the campaigns, write the ads, own the tracking underneath them, and turn the performance data into decisions the team and the client can act on. When a client asks why cost per lead moved, you are the person who already knows and already has the fix in motion. What This Role Actually Is Anyone can tell a client that cost per lead went up. We need someone who can say why it went up, what it is costing the client in real revenue, and the specific change that fixes it. That is the whole job. You will run roughly 8 to 10 brands across med spa, hospitality, real estate, and home services. Meta is our primary platform, Google is growing, and a couple of accounts run wider than that. You will sit in on client meetings alongside the CEO and the Customer Success Manager, and you will be the one answering the technical questions when they come. Tools You'll Work In Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GoHighLevel / Scale CRM, HubSpot, SegMetrics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Claude, Slack, Notion, Loom. We will teach you the ones you do not know if the core skills are there. Core Values (culture fit screen) Speed Is King. Momentum over sitting tasks, progress before perfection. Extreme Ownership. Treat the business like your own, fill gaps, bring ideas. Results Over Excuses. Half done is not done. Output quality over effort. Never Stop Growing. Noticeably better every 90 days. Clear and Direct Communication. Speak up early, bring solutions with problems. What We Offer Base salary with the opportunity for performance based bonuses. Bonuses are not guaranteed. They are earned on the results you drive, because we would rather reward someone for moving real numbers than pay a flat rate for activity. This is a long-term seat, not a gig. You own paid media for the whole company, and as we grow the function grows under you. We promote from the inside when someone earns it. Fully remote, permanently. We measure results, not hours logged. Key Responsibilities: Run the ads Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads Own audiences, offers, creative testing, budget pacing, learning phases, fatigue, and wasted spend Make the call on what to scale, what to kill, and what to test next, without asking permission for every budget change Monitor new launches closely through the first 72 hours Write the ads Write ad copy, hooks, and angles for the campaigns you run Test copy the way you test everything else: against the number, not against opinion Feed the creative team what the data is telling you. Which hooks are holding attention, which formats are fatiguing, what the next round of creative needs to test. You are not writing the creative brief or art directing it, our creative lead and designers own that, but they need your read on performance to make good calls. Own the tracking Set up and maintain pixel and CAPI, conversion events, and UTM structure across accounts Debug attribution when platform numbers and CRM numbers disagree, and they will disagree Connect ad platforms to client CRMs (GoHighLevel / Scale CRM and HubSpot) so spend ties back to booked revenue Know the difference between a platform-reported conversion and money in the client's bank account, and care about closing that gap Report and recommend Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across your accounts Pull from the ad platforms and the CRM, and build the picture of where money is being made and lost Every report ends in a recommendation. A report without a "here is what we should do" is half finished. Use the 1-3-1: one problem, three possible solutions, one recommendation Face the client Join client calls and speak to performance directly: what the numbers say, what changed, what you are doing about it Translate media buying into plain language for owners who do not think in ROAS Hold your position when the numbers support it, and say so plainly when a client's request will hurt their results Self-QA Check your own work. Campaigns are set up correctly before they spend a dollar, and the numbers in a report are right before anyone sees them. Catch problems before the client does, fix them, then report what you fixed Document how your accounts and reporting work so nothing lives only in your head Desired Experience & Requirements: 2+ years managing multiple ad accounts at the same time. Agency side preferred. Running one in-house brand is not the same job. Meta Ads: deep, hands-on. You know the platform cold, not just the theory. Google Ads: real working knowledge across Search and Performance Max. Strong Meta with solid Google is fine. Tracking and attribution: you have set up pixel and CAPI yourself, and you have debugged a tracking problem rather than escalating it. Ad copywriting: you write your own ads and you can show us ones that worked. Data: comfortable in spreadsheets, able to structure messy data, able to find the story in the numbers. Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar is a plus. CRM: you can get into a CRM, find the lead and revenue data, and tie it to the ads. GoHighLevel and HubSpot are a plus; one CRM known well means you will learn ours. Client-facing: you can hold a performance conversation with a business owner without hiding behind jargon. AI-native: you use AI tools daily to move faster, and you know the difference between using AI and passing raw AI output off as your recommendation. Authorized to work in the U.S.; sole full-time commitment. What Success Looks Like: First 30 days Audited every ad account and its tracking setup, and flagged what is broken Took over reporting for your accounts and shipped it on schedule without being chased Named the top three opportunities and the top three leaks across the book First 60 days Running optimization independently, with recommendations the team acts on Writing your own ad copy across accounts Caught and fixed account or tracking issues before they reached a client Speaking to your numbers on client calls First 90 days Owning paid media, copy, tracking, and reporting for the full book with light oversight Shipped changes that moved real client numbers, and can prove which changes did it The person everyone asks when they want to know where the money is going KPIs Cost per acquisition and qualified lead rate by account; return on ad spend; reporting delivered on time with a recommendation attached; tracking accuracy between platform and CRM; client retention on accounts you run. Who This Is Not For People who can launch campaigns but cannot read the data behind them People who send reports without a recommendation attached People who need permission for every budget change People who escalate a tracking problem instead of solving it People who paste AI output through as their own thinking People who go quiet when something breaks People looking for a quiet remote job to coast in
