The Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing performance marketing team. This is a full-time remote position where you will learn how to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, support international clients, and collaborate with experienced media buyers to deliver strong results.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and help generate performance reports
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and assist in implementing solutions
• Support client communication and account management through tools like Slack
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and operations teams to improve campaign outcomes
• Learn and apply best practices for targeting, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns

What We Are Looking For

• Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
• Understanding of paid media concepts (campaign structure, targeting, bidding, key metrics)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow
• Prior experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Must show examples of previous work (and wins)

Tools and Platforms You Will Use

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
• Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, tracking and attribution tools
• Reporting dashboards and project management tools
