We are seeking a Media Strategy Manager to lead Fotocasa Group’s integrated Brand and Performance investment. Owning the majority of our marketing budget, you will break down traditional silos to maximize business growth. In this role, you will redefine our media mix to ensure every euro invested drives traffic, app downloads, leads, and long-term brand equity. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Manage €20M+ Budge t: Oversee and optimize Fotocasa’s annual media investment across Brand and Performance channels. Drive Brandformance : Evolve our integrated media mix to blend long-term brand equity with short-term growth (traffic, app downloads, leads, and revenue). Data-Driven Optimization: Challenge existing investment models using MMM, incrementality testing, attribution frameworks, and GA4/AppsFlyer data. 🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration Lead Key Relationships: Manage media agencies, broadcasters, and tech partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) to unlock top-tier innovation and value. Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to align media goals with overall business priorities. 📊 Professional Experience & Technical Skills 10+ Years of Media Leadership: Proven track record managing large-scale budgets across TV, video, paid social, search, and programmatic ecosystems. App Growth & Quality Acquisiti on : Deep expertise in scaling app acquisition and engagement, focusing on high-intent audiences and conversion quality over raw volume. Measurement Mastery: Strong hands-on understanding of market intelligence and effectiveness tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Similarweb, Data.ai).
