Role Description The Medical Advisor Pharmacist is a full-time hybrid role based in New Cairo, with a mix of on-site presence and the option for some work from home. In this role, the professional provides evidence-based medical and pharmaceutical guidance to internal teams and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in healthcare-related CX solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating medical content, supporting medical affairs initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain clinical and regulatory standards. The Medical Advisor Pharmacist contributes to medical education activities, prepares materials for training and client communication, and supports research-based projects that inform best practices in healthcare customer support. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders on market access considerations, helping align service offerings with current healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and pharmacy-related clinical knowledge, with the ability to apply medical judgment in a CX and BPO context.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, including medical review, compliance oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Background in Medical Education, such as developing or delivering training materials and educational content for healthcare professionals or internal teams.
• Competence in Research activities, including literature review, data interpretation, and use of evidence-based guidelines to inform decisions.
• Understanding of Market Access, health systems, and payer environments, with the ability to consider reimbursement and regulatory aspects in recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; a PharmD or related postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and accurately.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with international teams.
