Medical Biller

Integrated Neurology and Pain Management is a leading provider of comprehensive neurological and pain management care. We're growing fast — and we need a billing superstar to keep our revenue cycle running like a well-oiled machine.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed medical biller who thrives under volume and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. If you're the person your last team called when they needed EOBs posted right and denials chased down fast, we want to talk to you. This role is for someone who takes pride in precision and speed in equal measure.

• Post EOBs and payments accurately and quickly
• Review, research, and resolve claim denials — including appeals, resubmissions, and payer follow-up
• Manage day-to-day billing operations across multiple payers (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Identify and correct billing/coding discrepancies before they become problems
• Monitor A/R and follow up on aging claims
• Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and internal staff regarding billing questions
• Stay current on payer policies, billing regulations, and neurology/pain management coding requirements



• Minimum 2+ years of medical billing experience (required)
• Proven track record of fast, accurate EOB posting
• Strong, hands-on experience working denials and appeals
• Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts in a remote setting
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer-specific billing requirements
• Experience with Epic EHR and AdvancedMD a plus
• Neurology or pain management billing experience is a strong plus
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet

This is not an entry-level position, and it's not a "learn as you go" role. We need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
