We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Medical Billing Specialist to join our Central Office team. Learn more about us: www.onetherapynetwork.com About the Role As a Medical Billing Specialist, you'll support multiple therapy clinics from our Central Office. This is not a patient-facing position. Instead, you'll work closely with our back office team, clinic staff, and insurance payers to help ensure claims are processed accurately and payments are received promptly. What You'll Do Prepare and submit electronic insurance claims while following payer-specific requirements Research, resolve, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims Post insurance and patient payments accurately Troubleshoot billing issues and identify solutions Communicate professionally with clinics, providers, and insurance companies Complete administrative tasks related to the billing process Help maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvement What We're Looking For Previous medical billing and insurance claims follow-up experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new software and technology Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work Compensation & Benefits We value our team members and offer a benefits package, including: $40,000 - $45,000 Performance-based incentive opportunities Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan after 1 year If you're looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative team that values growth, accountability, and making a difference for therapy clinics and the families they serve, we'd love to hear from you.
