About the Role
We are hiring a
credentialed health professional with strong writing skills
to elevate the accuracy, clarity, and medical integrity of our product content. This role provides a critical layer of expert review, ensuring everything we publish (books, guides, plans, nutrition content, and health claims) meets high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify the accuracy of all medical, nutritional, and scientific content.
Serve as a second layer of expert oversight to support the product development team.
Identify and correct content errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies (e.g., calorie counts, nutrition data).
Proofread and refine content for clarity, readability, and professional quality.
Help ensure compliance with health and wellness best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Contribute to the development of new product content.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Credentialed health professional (e.g., RD, MD, NP, RN, ND, MPH, or similar).
Demonstrated experience writing or reviewing health, nutrition, or medical content.
Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, consumer-friendly language.
Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous fact-checking.
Strong proofreading and editorial skills.
Experience with consumer health products, publishing, or wellness brands is a plus.
