About the role:
We're looking for a Medical Coordinator to join our healthcare operations team and ensure the seamless coordination of diagnostic services. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing blood test bookings, coordinating with clients, doctors, diagnostic partners, and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups for a smooth client experience. We're looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Specifically, this role will involve:
● Coordinating and booking blood tests for clients who have opted for diagnostic services.
● Scheduling appointments and coordinating with diagnostic partners to ensure collection and testing.
● Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding blood test bookings, updates, and follow-ups.
● Maintaining accurate client records, test reports, and operational tracking data.
● Coordinating with doctors, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure seamless healthcare services.
● Following up with clients and diagnostic partners to ensure timely completion of tests and report availability.
● Monitoring daily operations and maintaining service quality through efficient coordination and documentation
Ideal candidate will have:
● Excellent communication and client-handling skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
● Basic knowledge of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical, or related fields will be preferred.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
● Comfortable working with data management, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
● Ability to coordinate effectively with diagnostic partners, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
● Graduate (mandatory); candidates from Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Nursing, Pharmacy, DMLT, or related disciplines will be preferred.
