Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute is seeking a Medical Dosimetrist to join our collaborative radiation oncology team. Our dosimetrists work closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiation therapists, and fellow dosimetrists, with access to advanced treatment technologies, continuing education, clinical projects, and opportunities to help shape the future of our program. What You’ll Do Develop external beam treatment plans, including photon and electron treatments, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and adaptive planning. Perform image registration, fusion, contouring, and treatment-planning calculations using CT, PET, MRI, and 4D CT imaging. Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and therapists to optimize and safely implement patient treatment plans. Participate in quality assurance, clinical research, continuing education, and process improvement. Support the education and development of students, therapists, residents, and fellow dosimetrists. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate of a JRCERT accredited school for Medical Dosimetry, board certified (MDCB) or board eligible by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board Experienced dosimetrists with 5+ years of clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Recent graduates and early-career dosimetrists who meet certification requirements are also encouraged to apply and will be considered. Hourly Pay Range: $54.03 - $86.45 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
