Medical Records Consultant

Pride Health is hiring an Epic ASAP Analyst to support our client’s medical facility based in Colorado.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

Job Title- Epic ASAP Analyst

Location- Fully Remote

Pay Rate- $37/hr. - $40/hr.

Contract length- 6 Months + Possible Extension

Shift- Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Job Duties

• Analyze and troubleshoot application and system issues.
• Identify root causes and resolve problems or escalate when appropriate.
• Plan, design, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.
• Gather, validate, and translate business and technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into system design solutions.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and IT teams to develop and maintain systems.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows to support clinical and operational needs.
• Configure and integrate hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and document resolutions.
• Complete testing, validation, and debugging activities.
• Create and maintain application, design, and technical documentation.
• Support reporting requirements by partnering with report developers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Epic and third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
• Review system upgrades and monthly updates for operational impact.
• Provide Tier 2 support for supported applications and systems.

Epic Certification Requirements

• Epic certification in the assigned primary application may be required within four (4) months of hire based on the assigned functional role and job discipline.
• Team members who require certification will:

Attend mandatory Epic training

Receive two attempts to pass certification testing as a condition of continued employment

• Certain roles, including some Epic Phone Support assignments, may be exempt from this requirement as determined by the organization.
