About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Medical Safety Project Coordinator at MiniMed. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in a fast paced, complex environment—coordinating projects, managing priorities with precision, and ensuring seamless day to day operations for the Medical Safety team. You’ll leverage digital tools and AI to streamline workflows, elevate standards, and deliver measurable efficiency gains in a highly regulated healthcare setting. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. High School Diploma and 6+ years of progressive project coordination experience Nice to Have: Understanding of Diabetes as a disease state Appreciation for chronic disease model of care Experience with supporting patients with long term care needs Versatile learner, able to quickly and effectively integrate new information and skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently with general supervision; accountable for outcomes. PR) locations (USD):$57,000.00 - $97,000.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
