Why We’re Hiring As demand for our TWO2 therapy continues to grow, we are expanding our team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of patient care. We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join us in delivering life-changing therapy to more patients across the country. Position Summary Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Territory-Based Role : Applicants must reside within or near the assigned territory. Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred 3–5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working with Managed Medicaid preferred Background in wound care is a strong plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Professional presentation and demeanor Proficiency with computers and related software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Physical Demands Occasionally required to sit. Occasionally required to walk. Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to talk or hear. Occasionally required to bend, lift or climb. Occasionally required to lift up to (50 pounds or greater). Finger dexterity required. Hand coordination required.
