APPLY FOR THIS JOB We usually respond within a week ABOUT THE JOB: As a Project Manager/Engineer you will be responsible or support in industrial projects and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget. You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget. You will be responsible for high-level stakeholder-management and managing all project controls. You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team. The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc. WHAT WE NEED: You have a Master's degree in Industrial or Civil engineering. You are eager and have ambition to support in the growth of our new office in Poland. You have minimal 2y experience as a project manager or engineer and have a proven record of leading or supporting industrial projects. With your outstanding peoplemanagement and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams. As a Project Manager/Engineer, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality. You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus. You speak fluently Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus. Having a construction permit or license is a plus.
