The position also supports vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work, and NDAs, while collaborating closely with internal teams to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance. Candidates should bring strong academic credentials, significant experience with sophisticated commercial and technology agreements, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment.
