Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Staff level Member of Technical Staff to lead high-impact technical initiatives and solve complex engineering problems spanning multiple systems and teams. What You'll Do Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities. Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production. Design scalable distributed systems and services. Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks. Establish engineering patterns and technical standards. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership. Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions. What We're Looking For 7+ years of software engineering experience. Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture. Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language. Experience operating systems at meaningful scale. Strong technical leadership and communication skills. Ability to influence across teams without direct authority. Nice to Have AI/ML infrastructure. Kubernetes and cloud platforms. High-scale distributed systems. Startup or scale-up experience. GPU or data-intensive systems. Why Join?
