Become a Mental Health First Aider – Applications Now Open Are you passionate about supporting colleagues and promoting positive mental wellbeing in the workplace? We're looking to grow our network of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) and are inviting colleagues from across the business to apply to join our next training cohort. Provide supportive, confidential and non-judgemental conversations. Signpost colleagues to appropriate internal and external sources of support. Promote awareness of mental health and wellbeing across the organisation. Support colleagues in accessing help when needed and take appropriate action if there is a risk of harm. What you'll bring We're looking for colleagues who: Are approachable, empathetic and good listeners. Have a genuine passion for supporting others and promoting wellbeing.
