About the Role Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout Virginia. This is a remote/tele-health position; Child and Adolescent focus required; Afternoon/Evening availability is required. What we offer: 40-hour workweek includes: Annual Salary of $80,000 License fees paid Liability insurance coverage 401(k) account with contribution matching In-House CEU Program including 42+ hours of virtual and in-person CEU classes every year Gym membership stipend 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and paid holidays annually Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Collaborative team approach Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff Pre-qualified clients Excellent comprehensive benefits Weekly group consultations with fellow providers Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates Potential for growth into lead positions We’re Seeking Professionals Who: Are located in Virginia and have an active Virginia professional license LMFT, LPC, and LCSW Have experience with child/adolescent therapy Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care Have experience personally conducting treatment in an outpatient setting Are technologically savvy; computers, Electronic Medical Records (EMR's), telehealth, Google apps, etc. Empower their clients through education and resources Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Are timely, diligent, and work well in a team Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma Have active professional liability insurance (preferred), and valid NPI number Stay up to date on the latest company news, and openings!
