Make An Impact: We are currently looking for a Merchandise Distributor to join the Fossil Planning team. This candidate will be responsible for merchandise allocation for our Watch Station team in order to meet sales objectives . This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. What you will do in this role: Distribute/allocate and replenish product to the stores to maximize sales by setting system parameters to achieve sales and inventory objectives Generate various reports, including style-selling and sell-through analysis, to assist in meeting sales, inventory, and accuracy objectives Organize sales and allocation reporting and assortment grids on a daily basis Responsible for creating system generated orders that accurately allocate inventory and meet monthly budget requirements Maintain orders in the system and track shipments from the distribution center to ensure timely arrival to stores Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate assortment, allocation strategy, and successes within stores.
