As the Merchandise Manager for Four-Wheel Drive & Adventure , you will have end-to-end accountability for category strategy, sales, profitability, and team leadership. This role is ideally suited to a commercially astute leader who can combine category management expertise with a genuine passion for the 4WD and outdoor adventure lifestyle. About you: You are a commercially astute leader with a proven ability to grow sales, profit, and category performance. Combining strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a genuine passion for the 4WD and outdoor lifestyle, you create high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams in Category Manager or Merchandise Manager roles. Commercially astute with deep category management experience. Strategic, customer-focused thinking and strong planning capability. Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive approach that helps engage and inspire those around you. Creativity and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking to unlock new opportunities. The ability to effectively balance competing priorities and drive performance across both Retail and Trade channels. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. A curious mindset and a drive to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Resilience, adaptability, and tenacity in delivering results.
