As Merchant Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success. Your tasks will include managing the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensuring that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely manner. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered. What you’ll be doing Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setup Review and validate partner information, cross-checking with signed contracts Create and review partner menus for accuracy and proper structure; coordinate translations if needed Coordinate photography and ensure 100% image coverage for each partner during onboarding Set up and distribute Wolt gear, ensuring partners are trained on proper usage Conduct online and offline training sessions on the Wolt Merchant app and gear Build strong relationships with partners during their first 30 days post-launch, ensuring engagement and activity Support technical integrations (API or SFTP) where required Our humble expectations 1–2 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt Logical problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Strong multitasking, time management, and task prioritization skills Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Stress-resilient and able to remain calm and effective under pressure Quick learner and tech-savvy Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Russian, with good Kazakh and intermediate English Based in Almaty Why you’ll love it 🚀Global and growing fast: Be part of a fast-moving scaleup 🤩Ride of a lifetime: Accelerate your career and build your sales skills 💪Instant impact: Take ownership and make a difference 💙Big hearts and small egos: Surround yourself with smart, friendly people What we offer Independent work in a dynamic, international team Hybrid work mode: four days in the office, one day remote.
