Merchant Support Specialist

We're looking for a motivated specialist who wants to build a career in payments and grow into a Merchant Support role - becoming the go-to person for our clients on everything related to payment processing and account management. Requirements for the candidate: Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies English (to email with clients, read and interpret technical documentation) Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira. Nice to have: Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana) Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) What Merchant support specialist does: Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch) Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution Contribute to internal documentation What we offer: Stable salary and official employment Paid time off and holiday gifts Corporate insurance and English courses (after the probation period) Opportunity to join a growing international payments business Flexible work environment Career growth Remote or office (Kyiv) Why join us?
