**Role Description**

We are seeking an elite M&A Deal Originator to join our U.S. advisory team. Operating in a remote, contract capacity, you will serve as the driving force behind our deal flow.

*Please note: Candidates must possess an existing, active pipeline of M&A opportunities to be considered for this role.*

As a "hunter," you will be responsible for leveraging your network to originate new mandates, conducting preliminary due diligence, engaging directly with C-suite clients, and collaborating closely with our execution team to ensure successful transaction closures. This role requires a highly proactive approach to market research, financial analysis, and the cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

* **Mandatory:** Proven track record in M&A origination with an **active, verifiable deal pipeline** in the U.S. market.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven "hunter" mentality and a highly self-motivated work ethic.

* Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial analysis and due diligence.

* Deep knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and investment principles.

* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and C-suite communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own deal flow in a remote environment.

* Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or middle-market M&A is highly preferred.
