Manager – AI-Led Digital Transformation, Supply Chain & Procurement Function Global Supply Chain & Procurement Centre of Excellence / Digital Transformation Location Gurgaon / Hyderabad, India Reports To Procurement Data & AI Lead / Supply Chain Digital Transformation Leadership Experience 8–12 years; flexible by seniority and depth of AI / transformation experience Employment Type Full-time Role Focus AI agents, intelligent automation, data integration, analytics products, and AI-led process transformation Role Summary This role leads AI-led digital transformation across global supply chain and procurement, combining digital product ownership, data integration, analytics, automation, and agentic AI delivery. The mandate is to move from manual reporting and reactive dashboards to intelligent workflows and production-grade AI agents that support spend analytics, logistics visibility, source-to-pay execution, commodity and supplier intelligence, RFQ/RFP automation, and executive decision-making. Role Purpose We are looking for a builder and transformation leader who can translate business problems into AI-enabled products and workflows. The role will partner with procurement, supply chain, category, plant, finance, and IT stakeholders to design, deploy, govern, and scale AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities AI strategy & agent delivery · Define and lead an AI-first transformation roadmap across supply chain and procurement, moving beyond dashboards into autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that execute business processes. · Design, build, and scale AI agents for category spend analytics, source-to-pay intelligence, RFQ/RFP automation, supplier and commodity intelligence, exception management, and executive decision support. · Translate procurement and supply chain domain rules—including category taxonomies, hedging thresholds, compliance checks, exclusion logic, and approval triggers—into agent workflows and decision logic. Digital product & workflow transformation · Lead end-to-end digital product development for supply chain visibility, Logistics Control Tower capabilities, P2P automation, and cross-functional workflow digitization. · Map current-state processes across source-to-pay, logistics, category management, supplier onboarding, and planning; identify automation opportunities and redesign workflows for AI-augmented execution. · Build business agents, Copilot experiences, Power Platform solutions, and workflow automations that reduce manual analysis, improve cycle time, and increase decision quality. Data, platforms & integration · Establish scalable data and reporting ecosystems across ERP, TMS, source-to-pay, market data, Snowflake, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Platform environments. · Integrate enterprise-wide spend and operational data across business units to create reusable data products and sustainable analytics workflows. · Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines, governance, access controls, and AI-ready datasets support production-grade agent deployment. Analytics and decision intelligence · Design executive-ready Power BI and decision intelligence solutions that enhance visibility across supply chain, procurement, spend, logistics, and source-to-pay performance. · Enable automated insights, trend detection, savings analysis, risk sensing, should-cost comparison, bid analysis, and leadership-ready recommendations. · Measure business value through productivity gains, adoption, savings impact, risk reduction, cycle-time improvement, and decision accuracy. Change management, adoption & governance · Partner with category teams, plants, finance, procurement, supply chain, and IT to pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions into production. · Train users, drive adoption, and build trust in AI-enabled processes through clear governance, human-in-the-loop controls, performance monitoring, and transparent reporting. · Present AI use cases, outcomes, adoption metrics, and value realization to senior and executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus. · 8–12 years of experience across supply chain, procurement, digital transformation, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled business transformation. · Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar enterprise AI tools. · Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes such as source-to-pay, category management, RFQ/RFP, supplier onboarding, logistics visibility, and spend analytics. · Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, SQL, and Python or equivalent data / automation tooling. · Experience translating business problems into scalable digital products, agent workflows, data models, dashboards, and adoption plans. · Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex AI concepts in a business-focused, executive-ready manner. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in manufacturing, industrial, HVAC, logistics, or global procurement environments. · Exposure to SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, TMS, ERP, Snowflake, market intelligence feeds, or enterprise data lake platforms. · Experience launching agentic AI, intelligent automation, or analytics products from concept to production. · Strong change management mindset with the ability to balance innovation, governance, risk, and measurable business outcomes. Success Measures · AI agents and automated workflows deployed into live business processes, not limited to pilots. · Improved productivity, cycle time, visibility, and decision quality across procurement and supply chain teams. · Measurable savings, spend visibility, risk reduction, and adoption outcomes reported to leadership. · Reusable AI and data products scaled across categories, business units, and geographies.
