You have experience planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that drive impact. ● Team Development : Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support a team, including people managers, ensuring they have the guidance and resources to succeed. You excel at effective delegation and fostering a team culture of distributed leadership, empowering team members to take ownership, make decisions and contribute to the organization's success. ● Growth Mindset : You embrace learning, take risks, and see failures as opportunities for growth. You welcome feedback and continuously seek ways to improve. ● Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficiency in using data to inform strategy, track outcomes, and assess program effectiveness. You thrive in fast-paced, quickly changing environments and can adapt to shifting demands with confidence. Evenings and weekends may be required to support key events and mobilization efforts. ● Strong Organizational Skills: You excel at prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and keeping projects on track. ● Playfully Passionate : You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a “get sh*t done” attitude—while keeping things fun. You understand that we can do serious work without taking ourselves too seriously. WHAT WE OFFER ● Mission-Driven Work: Red Wine & Blue offers the opportunity to be a part of a movement fighting for democracy and social change. ● Remote & Flexible: All Red Wine & Blue staff members work remotely, running virtual operations nationally and on the ground in five states.
