Posted Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 01:00 POSITION DETAILS: Position Title: Microsoft 365 Consultant Reports to (POSITION): Microsoft Services Manager Team: Microsoft Services Department: Technical Solutions Grade ( If Applicable ) : PURPOSE OF JOB: (OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE POST WITHIN THE TEAM AND ORGANISATION) To support the Microsoft 365 team in the definition, creation, and delivery of Professional Services for our customers. Initially this will be working on Intune consultancy projects, M365 Tenant to Tenant migrations/consolidations. However, we will deliver any Microsoft 365 projects that our customers need and so the projects will vary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the delivery of projects from pre-sales scoping to project planning and implementation Engage with the Service Delivery team to collaborate on future services that we can deliver to customers Designing and documenting customer solutions INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery of migrations into M365 using various migration methods and tooling Intune Consultancy and/or customer workshops WIDER TEAM NETWORK (WHICH TEAMS WILL THE POSITION WORK WITH DIRECTLY AND WHO WILL THEY RELATE TO EXTERNALLY) Internal Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing and Support External Clients, Vendors and Partners QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ( DELETE AS REQUIRED IF ESSENTIAL OR DESIRABLE, REMOVE UNNECESSARY REQUIRENENTs) Educational Qualifications: Professional Qualifications MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) ESSENTIAL MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) ESSENTIAL Years of Experience 3+ years working with production workloads in M365 ESSENTIAL Other Requirements Experience delivering workshops and/or training to colleagues or customers ESSENTIAL Production experience with M365 (particularly around security with SC-200 and SC-300) DESIRABLE Experience with Defender for Endpoint DESIRABLE Scripting such as PowerShell DESIRABLE CORE Competencies & SKILLS – BASED ON POSITION AND GRADE (IF APPLICABLE) Excellent knowledge of M365 service offerings and products Experience with Intune Suite Excellent knowledge of design and onboarding devices to Microsoft Intune Experience with M365 admin portals Migrating on-premises GPO’s to Intune policies Good experience with the Microsoft Defender suite Good working knowledge of M365 Migration tools such as Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly, BitTitan, Skykick, etc Experience with migrating and scaling M365 tenancies
