ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider with clients across Greece and Europe.

Our client delivers IT infrastructure, cloud workplace solutions, and ERP services to organizations of all sizes from local businesses to large industrial environments with hundreds of active users.

📌 Location: Central Greece

📍 Working Model: Fully Remote / Relocation Options

🖋️ Reports to: Head of IT Services

(Please note: This role is remote but strictly open only to legal residents of Greece. All candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in Greece. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants residing outside of Greece for this position.)

🔍 What you will do

You will support the daily operation of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring users have secure access, smooth collaboration tools, and reliable cloud services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their experience in M365 administration while working in a structured and supportive team.

More specifically:

• Daily administration of Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, access)
• Supporting identity & access management via Microsoft Entra ID
• Basic administration of Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
• Assisting with security measures (MFA, conditional access policies)
• Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
• Troubleshooting user issues in M365 services
• Managing devices & simple endpoint policies through Intune

🎯 What we are looking for

• Degree in IT or related field
• 1–3 years experience in Microsoft 365 or IT support roles
• Basic hands-on experience with Entra ID & Intune
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
• Understanding of identity & access concepts
• Very good command of Greek & English
• Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid AD environments
• Experience with Powershell commands
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, AZ-104)
• Knowledge of German
