Are you skilled at translating business requirements into practical SharePoint and collaboration solutions? Do you have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions? We are looking for a dynamic and personable client-facing Microsoft Consultant, SharePoint for our Calgary branch to provide implementation expertise and delivery of M365 infrastructure! You will enjoy a fun, fast-paced, highly supportive team environment that offers rapid skill growth through exposure to a multitude of IT and business technologies. A Day in the Life: Implement and migrate Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Security Deploy and support Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, hybrid identity, certificate services (PKI), and Windows Server technologies Consult with clients to gather requirements, recommend solutions, develop project plans, and provide cost estimates Act as a subject matter expert, delivering projects from initiation through successful implementation Provide on-site and remote guidance and support for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery What You Bring: 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft infrastructure or Microsoft 365 consulting services in a client-facing role Experience migrating, deploying, and supporting: SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Exchange Online Microsoft Entra ID OneDrive for Business Strong documentation, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders Experience working collaboratively in a consulting or project-based environment What Makes You Extra Awesome: Experience with some or all the following: Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Security and Conditional Access Identity and Device Management Exchange and SharePoint Data Integrity, Archiving and Backup Microsoft Copilot Modern Workplace Licensing and Application Management Solutions Active Directory, Group Policy Why Work at Long View: Great people and culture Comprehensive benefits package from day one Recognition programs Career growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities Interesting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies Want to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
