Role Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience of building agents in CoPilot and CoPilot Studio to lead relationships, solutions, deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot Agents across enterprise environments. This role focuses on enabling AI-driven Agent productivity within Copilot driving user adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Copilot agents.
• Deliver training on prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
• Drive adoption campaigns and champion programs to maximize ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Responsible AI principles and privacy considerations.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of Copilot.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and partner ecosystems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with AI adoption strategies.
