Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, modernize, and maintain enterprise business applications.

This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and business driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, modernize legacy applications, and deliver high quality solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and manage Dataverse data models, security roles, and governance.
• Develop backend components and integrations using C# and .NET.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and Custom Connectors to integrate enterprise applications.
• Administer and integrate SharePoint Online solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable business solutions.
• Modernize legacy applications by replacing manual processes with cloud based Microsoft technologies.
• Implement software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, secure development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience delivering enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Microsoft Developer, or Power Platform Developer.
• Strong hands on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps).
• Experience developing automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
• Strong experience with Power BI.
• Experience designing and managing Dataverse data models, security, and governance.
• Experience administering and integrating SharePoint Online.
• Hands on experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Strong SQL development experience including queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application security, testing, and code quality.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
