Mid-level .Net Fullstack Developer

We are currently looking for a Mid-level .NET Full Stack Developer with a strong technical background and experience building scalable, high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. Required Competencies: Minimum 3 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core Experience in the design, development and deployment of full stack applications Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js – mandatory Hands-on experience with DXP/CMS platforms , such as: Optimizely Umbraco Or equivalent platforms Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience designing scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions Familiarity with DevOps tools , particularly GitHub Workflows and GitHub Actions Understanding of software engineering best practices covering coding, architecture and DevOps Strong technical leadership experience, including the ability to: Guide teams Contribute to architectural decisions Communicate technical decisions effectively Engineering-focused mindset with a good understanding of: Performance Dependency management Problem solving Technical investigation Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field English – minimum B2 Availability to work 2 days per week at the Lisbon office Preferred Competencies: Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Technical leadership capabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proactive and engineering-focused mindset Strong focus on quality, scalability and performance Ability to investigate complex technical challenges Continuous learning and innovation mindset Location: Lisbon – Hybrid Work Model: 2 days per week at the office and 3 days remote Salary Range: €1.500–€2.100 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
