About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Mid-level Program Analyst to support complex acquisition and financial assistance initiatives through planning, assessment, and program improvement activities. This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Develop project plans and implementation strategies. Analyze operational and compliance issues. Develop recommendations for organizational improvements. Monitor program performance and outcomes. Support policy development and implementation. Coordinate stakeholder communications and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Six (6) years of relevant experience. Experience with federal government. Strong Excel skills.
