Latam Ad Talent is a recruiting and staffing agency connecting top creative talent across Latin America with agencies and companies in the US, Canada, Europe, and other global markets, working 100% remotely.
We specialize in creative, advertising, performance, and emerging AI talent, including Art Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Project Managers, Performance Creative Strategists, AI Creatives & AI Studios, Senior Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Creator Marketing professionals, and other specialized roles.
As our team and client base continue to grow, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter who wants to take ownership of searches, work closely with our internal team, and continue growing within the creative recruiting space.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage recruiting searches from kickoff through placement.
- Understand each client, role, and ideal candidate profile before activating a search.
- Source, identify, and interview creative talent across Latin America.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and relevant creative work.
- Conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
- Build strong candidate shortlists together with the Hiring Manager before presenting profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, offers, and candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain organized and updated pipelines in our ATS.
- Work closely with our Creative Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition team, who will support active searches with sourcing and interviews.
- Proactively bring new ideas, talent pools, and improvements to our recruiting process.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles.
- Advanced English is mandatory. You must be comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally with international clients and candidates in English.
- Applications/CVs not submitted in English will not be considered.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially through LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates, not only sourcing profiles.
- Organized and comfortable owning multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, independent, curious, and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Genuine interest in the creative, advertising, media, content, and performance marketing industries.
- Experience recruiting for US or international companies is a strong plus.
- Previous experience within or recruiting for advertising, creative, media, PR, or similar agencies is highly valued.
The Opportunity
This is not a role designed around managing an overwhelming volume of searches. We want someone who can progressively own the searches they manage, understand the client and talent deeply, and become an important part of how we build our recruiting operation.
You’ll have support from our sourcing and Talent Acquisition team, as well as additional freelance recruiters for specialized searches.
We’re looking for a long-term relationship with someone who wants to grow alongside LAT, bring ideas to the table, and progressively take more ownership of clients and recruiting processes.

Location: Argentina or Colombia
Modality: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,000 - $2,500. Base salary to be agreed based on experience + commissions for each successful placement
